AXWare TS -
Autocrossing AXWare for Windows
The autocross software interface supports normal autocross, time trails and
other similar events, and can be customized to meet the explicit needs of
your club or organization.
It supports:
- SCCA Solo II style events
- NCCC style events
- Easily customized to meet the needs
of: BMWCCA, PCA, and other specialty clubs.
Two flavors of the software are offered, the
PRO and the BASIC.

Pro Version - an extendable
version of the product that allows you to pick from several Interface modules
that extend the functionality of the system. The modules consist of:

Membership Control (required for points control).

Bar Code support (easing Registration and Staging).

Network Support - allows the capability to control the event via several client
interfaces including a Registration Client, Announcer Client, and Admin Client
interfaces.

Session Mode Control module. This modules allows you to run several sessions per
event with a specified number of runs in each. Timing and results are
based and controlled on a Session per session basis with overall results based
on the best time from each session. You can selectively average or sum the
best times.

Extended Column Support (allows configuration of optional data columns).

Allows configuration for any supported timer.

Future growth...via new modules.

Basic Version - entry level Timing and
Scoring functionality.

Provides fundamental timing and scoring control.

AXWare Systems Online
Race Management
The software and our
AXWare
Systems Online Race Management facility, are now highly integrated and
customizable to your club's needs. This solution provides a Club
Centric view (as compared to a simple online registration facility) that
gives you full control of your membership, events (including meetings, and
various other event types) and of course online registration. It contains
various abilities that will only expand with time.
AXWare ORM is customizable to
any club's configuration that can be tuned to match to your AXWare For Windows
interface, all in the hands of the club Administrators on the site.
The future is wide
open...and very exciting.
AXWare ORM will continue to evolve into a flexible, highly productive online
environment that will help you reduce the time it takes to control your club's
data, including events, registration and results. Stayed tuned...this is only
the tip of the iceberg.

| Automatic Timer Control. Data is accepted from Timers and automatically
matched up with a staged car. Once the timing data is received the results are
updated real-time to provide immediate standings. |

Membership Module
- Controls large sets of data
for your mailing lists,
- Reserves Car Classings for the season
- Provides several Points Systems, including Fixed Point, and several
Percentage based configurations.
- Importing data into Events to improve event start up, accuracy and consistency.
- Acts as a master list for your club/organization
- Provides various reports for directory style information.

Network Module
- Provides control
of an event using several computers
- Registration Client - used as 2nd PC for registration purposes
- Timing
Control Server - central PC for timing and has the timing gear connected
to it.
- Announcer Client - displays read-only access to the event data to be
used for announcer purposes
- Announcer Client II - for public access (all data is read only)
- Admin Client - allows access to the event data (including settings,
timing data etc), akin to the Timing Computer. Main function is for us as
an Audit client.

Bar Code Module
- providing control for Registration, Staging and
various printing functionality. Sheet fed, and dedicated label printers
are both supported.

Staging Mode, scanned
labels will automatically stage an entrant. The Timing person is free to
handle penalties and other timing duties.

Registration Mode, entries that are scanned and found in the
Registration list are automatically Registered for the event.

Membership List, the scanning provides a quick search capability.

Printing capabilities for devoted Bar Code printers as well as normal sheet feed
styles is supported. Labels are generated to support a 1x2"-3" label. This
provides generic support for continuous feed printers (devoted label printers),
as well as sheet fed Inkjets and Deskjets.

Session Mode Module
- Session Mode
Control allows running
event that consist of several run groups, each consisting of a specific
number of runs. Timing and runs are control on a per session basis and
overall results are based on performance in all sessions using the best
times in each.

NCCC Version Options |
|
The same optional PRO Modules may be use
for the NCCC version of the product.

Provides Event control that supports the NCCC
style of Events (multiple races per day run over the course of 2 days).

Provides unique numbers within the men's and lady's classes individually, thus
supporting the NCCC number requirements for awarded positions.

Staging is controlled by unique car numbers. For selecting a ladies entry, an 'l' is
post fixed to the number Ex: "5L" represents a ladies car, # 5.
NCCC Extended Points Module
(Prerequisites - Membership
Module)
This optional PRO module provides extended points control base on NCCC Requirements.

Provides control of Club Points including, Travel, Work and Race points.

Automated assigned of NCCC Race Points (uses the Points Setup functionality)
automated Group FTD and OFTD points assignment

Consolidated Points report.

Additional Event Settings to allow configuration of Chair and Governor
positions.

Accumulate points for an entire NCCC Race weekend. Each race can be used to
accumulate respective points and the Points totals generated from the Membership
File.
