Since AXWare For Windows is customizable to most any club's requirements, AXWare System ORM supports this customization and offers superior data support, higher level of data consistency, and a very high level of functionality. No tweaking of the import files prior to actually importing the data...just set it up once and go.

What does it offer?

AXWare Systems ORM is designed to be customized to function with the AXWare For Windows (AXWare Systems software interface). It was designed with flexibility in mind and in direct support and integration with AXWare For Windows. The main goal is to provide an easy way to integrate the Online Event Registration and Membership control and provide direct access from AXWare For Windows (v6.10+).

AXWare Systems ORM provides:  This list is focused towards Club Administrators that want to achieve a high level of functionality and control.

• Event Creation - various types of events from Autocrossing events to Meetings can be scheduled.
• Membership Control - allows any entry to be a member of any registered club.
• Store cars in a Garage, specific to each club.
• Administrators - several levels of Administrative control are offered provide control over Events, Membership, online payment etc.
• Class Definitions akin to those in AXWare for Windows (customized for each club). This includes pax factors, groupings etc.
• Centralized control allows access by administrators providing higher flexibility.
• Provides a "Club environment" - allowing entries to be members of several clubs, while keeping explicit club information separated and explicitly contained respective to each club.
• Provides control for Series. A named Series can be linked to several hosting clubs.
• Create your ORM environment to match your existing AXWare For Windows configuration. This includes:
  • Unique or open car numbers
  • Class Definitions you are using - fully supported pax classings.
  • Customized data columns.
• Linked Members support allows linked drivers to easy and quick methods to registrations for one another, including online payments. Great for families, co-drivers, etc.
• Administrators have access to a Email Control center that allows them to send emails to members, non-members,  those registered for an event, etc.
• Customize page views and Data Columns to match those you currently use within the AXWare For Windows. Several screens offer this functionality including, Membership Data columns, Garage/Car Data columns, download Registrations and Membership etc.   This customization allows you to create explicit import files that are directly compatible with your existing configuration. All that is required is downloading and importing with exactly the data columns you configure.
• Online Heat Assignments  for any event.  Directly importable into AXWare For Windows.  Select and control you Heat Assignments online for added information for each event.
• Online Payment Facility - allows your users to Register and pay online via AXWare Systems gateway (fully secure). A shopping cart is maintained and managed accordingly and follows fairly common checkout practices.  Events may be configured to require online payment, used on a voluntary basis or not used at all.  Events that require online payments require that a user check out before the registration becomes active (this includes, capped events). 
• Control timed events as well as non-timed events. The type and amount of data necessary for registering for these type of events differs significantly since normally, non-timed events require much less information.

    • RallyCross
    • Speed events
    • Lapping Sessions
    • etc.
  • Non-Time events include:
    • Banquets
    • Parties
    • Meetings
    • etc.
• SCCA Clubs have automatic support of the SCCA Temporary Membership Program from both AXWare Systems ORM  and the software interface. Validate Memberships as well as allocated Weekend Temporary memberships for each event. Synchronizes with AXWare For Windows to provide the data necessary to process and manage non-members affectively.

AXWare for Windows and AXWare ORM Integration

Envision AXWare Systems ORM as your central data control facility to which AXWare For Windows interface has direct access to. Import and export  data with a few clicks of the mouse. Easily and quickly create events, import and export memberships, import class definitions, work assignments, work definitions, and much more .  

Flexible and tuned to synchronize AXWare Systems ORM to match your configuration in AXWare for Windows.

The goal of the integration is to provide a seamless interface between the software interface and AXWare Systems ORM  to reduce the complexity, time, and amount of effort needed to create and maintain your events and membership data.

• One button Event Registration downloads.
  • Event Registrations are import directly into your event. No external browser or other file manipulation is necessary. Just select the Event you want, and it will automatically import.  There is even a quick start process that allows you to do this from the Create New Event directly.
• One button Heat Assignment Downloads
  • During Event Registration Downloads, you can also select to download the Heat Assignments for that event.  Setup the Heat Assignments online and download them into the software for immediate control.
• One button Event Results Upload.
  • When your event is complete, use the Uploads Results functions to automatically generate and upload the results into AXWare Systems ORM  (to the Results section). 
• One button Membership Downloads.
  • Imports membership data directly into you membership file. Either overwrites or Merges the membership data from AXWare Systems ORM  into your membership file.  This process imports all cars that a user has in the garage that are specific to the active club.  Cars used for other clubs are not downloaded.
  • No external browser or other file manipulation is necessary.
• Upload Membership Data
  • Automatically synchronize your data from the software Interface to AXWare Systems ORM .  This process creates, and/or updates users and creates or updates cars in a users garage. 
• Work Assignments, Work Definition and Class definition imports.
• SCCA Clubs - Validate or assign Temporary Weekend Membership numbers from the SCCA Temporary Membership Program Services. Accessible from the software as well as online during the registration process.

Planned Future enhancements

Upload functionality  - store results, and points and provide extended analytical functions from AXWare Systems ORM. Currently Events and Points are provided as generated reports and uploaded via integrated functions from the software interface. 

Pricing

Clubs and Organizations must Subscribe to the Online Race Management Service to make use of this facility, while Users may use the system free of charge.

Subscription is straight forward with a flat fee approach. Simple, effective and coordinated with AXWare For Windows like no other system out there. Pay on a even-by-event basis or pre-pay a full season of events to obtain the season discount. Special Series can also be configured by creating a Pseudo Club for the series to allow explicit control and separation of the series from the normal club activities.
