Shipping Costs When you place an order with AXWare Systems, shipping costs are calculated real-time based on your selected shipment method. The delivery dates will depend on the shipment method that you selected. You will receive an email order confirmation that will contain shipping charges in the order summary. Note: Shipping rates for all items are destination and weight-based, and selected method of delivery. Due to the recent fuel price increases, shipping charges may need to be adjusted based on the destination and shipping method selected. The real-time shipping calculations provided by our carriers, may at times underestimate shipping charges. All precautions to help provide accurate shipping charges have been put into place but the surcharges are not predictable. As such small adjustments may be deemed necessary. If any additional charges are found, you will be notified of that fact prior to any shipments.
Prices All orders will contain a listing of the items you purchased as well as the price and any taxes incurred (Texas only). All prices are based on U.S. Dollars. Note: We reserve the right to change prices without any prior notice. Some of the items we sell are affected by our suppliers, and in rare cases, prices may have changed without our knowledge.
Insurance We ship all our products via FEDEX and automatically include insurance to protect both us and you from any losses due to damaged goods during the shipping process. If you find any damaged items in your order,contact us immediately so that we can help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Returns AXWare Systems has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you received damaged items, please contact AXWare Systems immediately. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the items within 30 days of the purchase date. All software must be removed (uninstalled) from all your systems and deleted from any hard-drive or storage device. Hardware components must be returned in 100% working condition and in perfect condition. Damaged items will not be accepted and refunds will not be granted. Please contact AXWare Systems prior to returning any items. Failure to comply with these terms will breach the Copyright terms and conditions for use of AXWare Systems Products.
License Agreement Because the software products are protected by Copyright laws, it is illegal to make additional copies, or otherwise duplicate the Software by any other means (including electronic transmission), to give copies to another person or to modify, adapt, translate, rent, sub-license, loan, resell for profit, distribute, create derivative works based upon or network the Software or any part thereof. The Software and hardware contain proprietary information and you may not de-compile or otherwise reverse engineer any part of the Software or Hardware.
Security We guarantee that every transaction you make at AXWare Systems is secure. We utilize Secure Socket Layers technology for all transactions to ensure that the information you provide is kept safe and private. Your information kept confidential and used exclusively for the purchases made on this site.
Placing Your Order During the checkout process the order is submitted to AXWare Systems when you click the final "Submit Order" button. Once the order is submitted it will be processed in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. You will be notified of the progress of the order via email. In some situations a phone conversation or email may be necessary to complete the transaction, and generally depends on the Payment Options that you selected. Please make a copy of the invoice for your records as you deem necessary. If you have any questions about the order, please contact us.
Your Order Invoice We will send an invoice to the billing address that you indicate on your order when the products are shipped to you. The Invoice is your proof of purchase.
An order invoice is also emailed to you at the time you submit the order. If you are paying by credit card, AXWare Systems will appear on your financial statements for your credit card statements.
Purchase Orders In some cases, Purchase Orders are accepted as a means of payment. Purchase Orders are normally reserved for large orders and companies in good standings with AXWare Systems. However, if payments are not received within 30 days from the date of purchase, the order will be subject to an additional 5% fee of the total invoice amount (shipping is not subject to this charge). |
