Payment Options The following describes the payment options for your
AXWare Systems purchase. If you are still unsure about
any aspects of the payment options, please do not
hesitate to
contact us.
Paying by Credit Card
Paying by Credit Card is easy, fast and secure. We
use
authorize.net as our Merchant Account
provider. All our transactions are made via a secure server and your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standards SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology
before being sent over the internet. If you feel unsure about
paying on-line using your credit card, then we recommend
you select an alternate Payment method that suits your
needs.
Payment Methods

- American Express
Payment Off-line via Credit Card
If you wish to pay using your credit card but prefer
to make the payment over the phone, please select the Phone Ordering in
the Payment Method section during the Check-Out process.
In addition to to the payment process, we will receive
an email invoice that contains all the pertinent
information about your order.
Payment by Checks
AXWare Systems also accepts payment via checks. All
checks require a clearing period and your order will not be shipped until the
check has been cleared by the bank. This may add
3-5 days to your shipment date. To use the check payment
method please select the "Phone Ordering" method and indicate your
payment option in the comments field.
Please write
your name and Order Id (displayed on Order Confirmation Screen) on the back of the
check, or send a copy of your invoice to:
