What does AXWare ORM offer?

AXWare Systems ORM is designed to integrate and synchronize with AXWareTS and AXWareProTS in a flexibility and configurable manner.

For Drivers/Entrants: the system provides the following:

• Management tools to help you control your account
• Select clubs you will participate with and set explicit vehicles for each Club (based on individual Club policies - including classes).
• Manage your membership status and Club information specific to each Club.
• Garage style control for your vehicles in support of Club policies.
• Register for events with just a few button clicks.
• Manage your data specific to each Club.
• Linked Driver and Family Support allows you to link co-drivers and family members and allow you to registration one another, including online payments.
• Supports SCCA membership, allow a new and simplified method of registering for SCCA events. Including automatic SCCA membership validation.
• Online Payments (if so configured and Club dependent). Includes payment history and Cart controls. Memberships included.
• Email notifications, including Registrations, Un-Registrations, Registration Changes, user information changes, and several others.
• Club Store (a simplified store front that allows the Club to sell merchandise and other items).
• Hosting results so that you can view official results (uploaded from AXWareTS and AXWareProTS), Live Timing/Streaming.

For Club Administrators:  system and data management controls.

• Event Creation - various types of events from Autocrossing events to meetings can be scheduled.
• Clone Events for quick event startup - edit dates and other items and you're ready to roll.
• Co-Events with neighboring clubs - allows clubs to co-host events, allow a more flexible and open registration process for their memberships.
• Co-Host Events - gives clubs the power to co-hosts with one clubs policies taking the lead role. Essentially, the hosting clubs policies and rules apply.
• Membership Control - manage members and membership statuses
• Manage  Garages or your membership.
• Administrators - several levels of Administrative control are offered and provides control over events, membership, online payment, etc.
• Class Definitions support the same features as found in AXWareTS. This includes pax classes (factors), groupings, Superclass definitions etc.  Note: SuperClasses are becoming very popular and allow sub-grouping several classes into a single competitive class. AXWare TS and AXWare ORM support
this concept completely.  Manage your classes like you expect to run your events.  Create base class definitions, SuperClass definitions and Pax classes as you see fit.
• Series style events - A named Series for specific events in a season.
• Customize ORM to match your existing AXWareTS or AXWareProTS configuration with respect to classing and numbers cars.
• Customize page views and Data Columns views based on the data elements you want to expose to your entrants. Several screens offer this functionality including, Membership Data columns, Garage/Car Data columns, download Registrations and Membership, etc.   This customization allows you to create explicit import files that are directly compatible with your existing configuration. The requirements are downloading and importing the exact data columns you configure.
• Email Control center that allows you to send email to members, non-members, those registered for an event, etc.
• Work Assignment control.
• Online Heat Assignments for any event.  Directly imports into AXWareTS.  Select and control your Heat Assignments online with added information for each event.
• Online Payment Facility allows users to register and pay online through the fully secured AXWare Systems Gateway. A shopping cart is maintained and managed accordingly and follows common checkout practices.  Events may be configured to require online payment, used on a voluntary basis or not used at all.  Events that require online payments require that a user check out before the registration becomes active including capped events.
  For clubs that provide online payments and setup Membership Fees, drivers may pay for their membership dues using the online payment facility and through their "My Clubs" task page.
• Manage Club Store allows the Club to provide a small store to it's membership.  This can include items such as T-Shirts, Hats, and other items.  Online Payments must be active for the store front to be available for the Club.
• Control timed events as well as non-timed events - the type and amount of data necessary for registering for these type of events differs significantly since normally, non-timed events require much less information.

  • Non-Time events include:
    • Banquets

• SCCA Clubs have automatic support of the SCCA Temporary Membership Program from both AXWare Systems ORM  and the software interface. Validated Memberships as well as allocated Weekend Temporary memberships for each event. Synchronizes with AXWare TS to provide the data necessary to process and manage non-members affectively.
• WYSIWYG data entry for HTML based information fields - this allows you to type and manipulate the text with various HTML features (without requiring you to know HTML coding).

AXWareTS, AXWareProTS and AXWare ORM Integration

Flexible and designed to provide consistency between AXWare ORM and your AXWareTS, AXWareProTS configuration.  Synchronize the data columns to exactly what you need in your downloads and you're just button clicks away from Importing and Exporting data. Consistently and quickly create events, import and export memberships, import class definitions, work assignments, work definitions, heats assignments and much more. 

Here's a quick summary of integration operations from AXWare TS to and from AXWare ORM:

• One button Event Registration downloads.
  • Event Registrations are imported directly into your event. No external browser or other file manipulation is necessary. Just select the Event you want, and it will automatically import.  There is even a quick start process that allows you to do this from the Create New Event directly.
• One button Heat Assignment Downloads
  • During Event Registration Downloads, you can also download the Heat Assignments for that event.  Setup the Heat Assignments online and download them into the software for immediate control.
• One button Event Results Upload.
  • When your event is complete, use the Uploads Results function to automatically generate and upload the results into AXWare Systems ORM (to the Results section). 
• One button Membership Downloads.
  • Imports membership data directly into your membership file. Either overwrites or merges the membership data from AXWare Systems ORM  into your membership file.  This process imports all cars that a user has in the garage that are specific to the active Club.  Cars used for other clubs are not downloaded.
  • No external browser or other file manipulation is necessary.
• Upload Membership Data
  • Automatically synchronize your data from the software Interface to AXWare Systems ORM.  This process creates and/or updates users.  It also creates or updates cars in a users garage. 
• Live Timing - three basic flavors are offered.  Streaming, Live Timing result format (like final results), Live Timing Structured, Home page with each class on it's own page. Home page has real time information about what classes are newly updated.
   
• Work Assignments, Work Definition, Heat Assignments and Class definition imports
   
• SCCA Clubs - Validate or assign Temporary Weekend Membership numbers from the SCCA Temporary Membership Program Services. Accessible from the software as well as online during the registration process.

Pricing

Clubs and Organizations must Subscribe to the Online Race Management Services to provide access to the services while Users may use the system free of charge.

Subscription is straight forward with a flat fee approach. Simple, effective and coordinated with AXWareTS like no other system out there. Pay on a even-by-event basis or pre-pay a full season of events to obtain the season discount. Special Series can also be configured by creating a Pseudo Club for the series to allow explicit control and separation of the series from the normal club activities.
